We review our tenant's credit score, criminal background & eviction history, we also require adequate income, and proof of employment. We do this to obtain quality tenants and reduce the risk of an eviction. However, they can still occur.
We have a solid track record of identifying and leasing to stable quality tenants, resulting in an eviction rate of less than 1% on tenants we place in our properties. Nevertheless, when evictions are necessary we know exactly what to do. Our policy is to file eviction no later than 15 days after rent is due. We have several techniques to collect rent and use the law as our leverage to collect rent and get you paid.
