SureWay Property Management's leadership team has seen the best--and sometimes, the worst--of property management. We bring unique strengths to the company, strengths that make for long relationships between us and our clients. We bring to those relationships the highest levels of integrity, reliability, and customer service in the industry. To some clients, we are their property managers. To others, we are their consultants, always ready to provide advice on when to buy, lease, or sell their investment property.

    Mike has built property management companies starting with one rental property in 1999 and building it up through customer referrals and acquisitions to ultimately directing a large staff that managed more than 3000 properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike doesn’t just talk the talk; he walks the walk of finding, placing, and managing tenants for clients who include rental property as part of their investment portfolio. What makes Mike different is that he treats the homes he manages as if they were his own. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland.

    Devon joined the SureWay leadership team in 2017 after a distinguished career dating back to 2006. She brings expertise in both the real estate sales sector and in property management, giving her the unique advantage of being able to understand and relate to the “three legs of the stool” in property management: the real estate professional, the property owner & tenant, and the property manager. Devon oversees SureWay Property Management’s suburban Philadelphia operation that covers the Main Line and western suburbs including Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties.

    The latest addition to the SureWay leadership team is Justin Dupont, who joined the company from senior management roles in two nationally-known property brokerage and management firms. “I didn’t pick property management; property management picked me!” he admits. That was 11 years ago. Evidently, it was an excellent match, as Justin has progressed from a part-time contractor whose work was so good that the property management firm asked him to join the company, to maintenance coordinator, operations manager, and now as Vice President of SureWay Property Management.

    Branden Harris joined the Sureway Property Management team in 2019 with a B.S. in Business Administration and an extensive background in property management. A licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson and management professional, Branden is focused on delivering exceptional customer service. In his current role, Branden oversees vacant properties prior to tenant occupancy from turn-over repairs and maintenance to property listing and leasing. He is passionate about building strong relationships with all tenants and owners to maximize benefits for all parties involved.

    Judi Jacobi is an experienced property management professional who oversees all occupied rental properties at Sureway Property Management. Judi monitors and manages properties, including maintenance, lease negotiation, utility transfer, property invoicing and payment collection. With a thorough understanding of the housing market and an energetic personality, she is skilled at developing reliable solutions for her clients, maximizing leasing opportunities, and renting properties quickly. When you work with Judi, you will have peace of mind that your property is in good hands.

    Ken brings outstanding experience as both an investment property owner and a tenured property manager. Ken previously held the role of Regional Property manager for Long and Foster where he was responsible for 600 residential rental properties in NJ and Delaware. Ken currently handles all managed properties in Central Jersey with a strong focus on Mercer county.
